Odyssey picked up another holy paladin, he’s pretty good. I miss raiding with the team but I can’t expect them to schedule raids around my work schedule. I’m glad they were able to find a good holy pally. I definitely don’t miss the wipefests but I also won’t have the achievement either. Oh well.

Apparently League of Legends players were complaining about pre-30s being able to play ranked matches so I can’t play ranked games anymore until I get 1 more level. Yeah, I guess it’s pretty embarrassing losing to someone with just barely over 100 wins compared to your 300+…..or to someone who doesn’t even have their 3rd quint.

I’m still stuck in the middle of Danse Macabre AND Burned. Ugh.

Neither one of them have really grabbed my attention. Grrrrrrr.

I actually haven’t been playing too much WoW though tonight we will be working on hardmode Lich King. Arenas aren’t happening. I’ve been playing LoL (League of Legends), mostly. I installed and tried HoN (Heroes of Newerth) as well. I like the way HoN looks and runs on my machine, but I like the actual gameplay of LoL better. I’ve been playing Nidalee mainly.

I want to start playing MW2 again, but I need to reinstall it. I also bought and installed BC2 but it won’t run on my computer. CJ and I are both looking at building new machines. I’d like to have the new rig built and ready before the end of June.

Anyway, I got my ICC10 mount on Hitomi. Renamed Nikomi to Hitomí. Gonna rename my druid to Hitomì today. I’m now hitting that slump I hit before BC and WotLK. The slump of what-do-I-feel-like-redoing-today?

I’m giving arenas another shot. I’m not that great though. Yay, more honor farming!

Oh yeah, gotta get some SCII in this weekend. Sheesh.

Hitomi’ll be working on 10M hardmode Professor Putricide & Sindragosa this week, then I think we’re going to get our mounts before focusing on hardmode Lich King.

Mikayo just downed 25M Blood-Queen Lana’thel and the Dreamwalker encounter this week. Hopefully she’ll down 10M Lich King as well (if I can convince my partner to pick up my Sunday OT shift.) Had to drop my secondary demo spec for destruction……..ahhhhh, replenishment.

I started playing Nikomi, my Death Knight. She’s 60 (almost 61) and I’ve just been messing around with talents/glyphs/etc. I think this will be my new little in-game side project. Hitomi, Mikayo, and Moroven just aren’t cutting it anymore unless I want to fly around and pick herbs……….which I did the other night =\

Oh, got into the SC2 beta! Although, I haven’t technically played it yet. Chris (my brother) has. Gonna try it today after I wake up I think.

Since I’m unable to view the Odyssey site at work, I’ve been using most of my extra time to learn Joomla. I messed around with PHP Fusion but so far I prefer Joomla. Getting back into php and mysql has been fun; I’m a noob but I’m still having fun with it. However, I am having Photoshop withdrawals. Sorry [http://www.pixlr.com/app/] just isn’t cutting it anymore.

I work 12 hour shifts so needless to say on days I work I don’t have a lot of extra time. Last week I logged on about an hour and a half before I had to leave for work and figured I had time to jump in a 25M ToC……I had to bail after 1 wipe on Anub’arak (the only boss that drops anything remotely useful) because the raid took too long. Sometimes I’ll queue up for a daily dungeon, those are quick right? Well, if I’m on Hitomi I get stuck healing shitty dps that care barely break 2k but the queue isn’t too bad. If I’m on Mikayo I have to either queue before I take a shower and risk missing the group invite when it pops or sit there and waste 20 minutes waiting. I need to just stick to transmutes on days I work, lol.

I finished The Lightning Thief almost 3 weeks ago but I only just saw the movie this past week. I don’t want to be one of those snobby people that are pissed when they walk out of a theatre complaining that the book was better…..buuuuuuuuuuuuuut, it was. New Moon didn’t change the story too much, they just had to leave a lot out because they simply didn’t have enough time to cram everything into the already-too-long movie. The Lightning Thief actually changed things so I’m interested to see what they do with the sequels if they continue with the book series. The end of the movie dialogue between Percy and his dad was just cheesy. C’mon guys….

Anyway, I think that’s enough useless babble and yes, the pictures are random. Cute but random.

I’m raiding with my brother’s guild, Questionable Conduct on Mikayo. I’m having fun but it sucks when the two character’s raid schedules clash, like tonight. However, QC raids pretty late whereas Odyssey starts at 7PM server so it doesn’t happen often. There was a pretty big learning curve these last 2 weeks from having played as only destruction for months and months to switching between affliction and demonology. I feel pretty confident with both now; just need practice. (Thanks to Tragedik and Caremeter – xoxo)

With the Lich King out and hardmodes becoming available, I wonder how far out the next expansion is going to be. I give it a month and a half (maybe 2) before Blizzard nerfs ICC the way they did Sunwell before WotLK came out. We’ll see I guess. I don’t know how realistic the September/November release date rumors could be…….7 months without new content seems to be pushing it.

Oh, and talk about a lootwhore (and why everyone hates paladin loot) – I cleaned house tonight but I don’t feel too bad after wishing I had more crit/MP5 pieces:

• Faceplate of the Forgotten
• Crypt Keeper’s Bracers (I’ve had these for a few days but just enchanted/used them tonight.)
• Gauntlets of Overexposure (WAAAAAAAAY better than t10)
• Leggings of Dying Candles
• Boots of the Funeral March
• Purified Lunar Dust (HEY! It’s still loot!)

Obviously I don’t want to run around with a million MP5, it is the worst stat. However, since I primarily spam FoL there comes a point where I’d rather have MP5 over haste………..but not for Valithria Dreamwalker!

Gloves of the Lifeless Touch drop and I’m looking at my pawn values and it’s a 100pt upgrade from my 9.25 gloves because of hit rating. However, I’m over hit cap so this would be a great swap.

I normally roll terribly but surprisingly roll highest for this item. I’m asked to pass the item to a mage who is wearing Overlook Handguards. I wonder why are they asking me to pass? If I decide to give them to him I’ll just open trade. I say I don’t want to pass and that’s when fake Jesus stepped in….

If joining a PUG and actually winning an upgrade but refusing to pass because an undergeared stranger needs it more means I have no game class then I’m as trashy as they come.
